Gold Standard Gratings for Hyperspectral Imaging

High efficiency, low abberations

VPH gratings are widely considered the gold standard for high-performance HSI systems, particularly for industrial and remote sensing applications, since transmissive VPH gratings offer the optical designer many advantages. The Wasatch VPH gratings are more efficient and scatter much less than reflective ruled gratings whilst being more robust to handling vs surface relief gratings meaning they enable transmissive spectral instruments that are smaller in size, lower aberration, and easier to align. Choose from our range of stock gratings or contact us to discuss your OEM needs.

Features & Benefits

  • Patented broad bandwidth grating designs
  • Exceptional 1st order diffraction efficiency for greater sensitivity and faster imaging rates
  • Low polarization sensitivity, uniform efficiency
  • Near-zero ghosting & scatter – less stray light
  • Low wavefront error for clearer images
  • Robust design for easy cleaning & handling
  • Ideal for NIR imaging to 2500 nm

Wasatch Photonics VPH gratings deliver superior efficiency and low-scatter performance for high-precision transmissive spectroscopy.
