Home Products Raman Spectrometers & Systems XL Series WP 532XL Series Raman Spectrometer
A popular choice for inorganic samples, 532 nm Raman excitation is used to analyse carbon nanomaterials, semiconductors, minerals and gemstones, as well as for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS).
Designed for scientific research, the low f/#, high numerical aperture WP 532XL series delivers Wasatch Photonics’ highest resolution and lowest starting wavenumber at 532 nm. Choose between fingerprint only and fingerprint plus functional range models, paired with your preferred ultra-cooled camera or the recommended Andor iVac 316. For use with an external laser, it offers configurable optical coupling, f/#, slit width and shutter.
